Friday morning when I walked to the barbershop, the camera came along (I was almost late for my appointment!).

How does it feel when something large enough to overwhelm you becomes commonplace, mundane, expected…is it so overwhelming any more?

Or is it just what it has been all along?

    The long columns filling the frame completely are lovely!!
    I think we tend to forget, walking amidst a concrete jungle everyday, how looming and awe inspiring it is.
    It takes me longer to get anywhere when I am walking in the city, and I bump into a lot of people 😉
