Getting Unstuck

Three Muses Having a Cogitate

Three Muses Having a Cogitate

Humphrey, J.S., and a strange little dickey bird!

They’re working on helping me get unstuck. Ever have those times?  Of course you do.  So, what do you do while your waiting for the answer to come?

Notice how the “stuck feeling” feels, maybe.

Where is it?

What color is it?

If it made a sound, what would it sound like?

How does it feel?

I don’t know what your answers are like, but maybe if we remember what it feels like to be unstuck, and then create a path from stuck to unstuck, we’ll just get there, maybe by changing the color, weight, shape, size, feel…

That’s enough words for now.  I’m feelin’ sorta stuck!  Ha!

Feel free to share your own stuck stories.  I’m sure that yours are much more interesting than mine!

In the meantime, here’s some music to help us move!

Turbofunk–Gotta Move

Itzhak Perlman–Paganini–Moto Perpetuo

(no one can ever accuse me of not having eclectic taste!)

Be well, and at peace,

One Comment on “Getting Unstuck”

  1. One of my master teachers, Peter Freeth, wrote a wonderful book: “The Unsticker”, which is inexpensive and fun to keep around to help us and others laugh at the things that get us stuck. There’s a link to purchase it here: – an online interactive unsticker – and that page has a link to purchase the book.

So if that problem fell in the forest, would anyone hear it?

Keep on keepin’ on, Phil. Tell JS thanks for the violin concerti. They’re my fave.
