The Greatest Commandment

Today’s readings

Thich Naht Hanh on True Love

How can we live out the greatest commandment today?

Today, our pastor said,

“Love is a commitment to be attentive to the well being of every other human being.”

So, how will you be attentive to the world now, and to look deeply now?

Be well, and at peace,

Phil

  1. Love is both the foresight to bring other’s needs first and the courage to confront them in love. Always looking out for their best interests.

If people really did this, there would never be a need for Divorce.

  2. Deborah Ling Says:

I loved Fr. Ron’s homily yesterday, and I would just drop the word
“human” and say we need to be attentive to all being. We would not have our environmental problems then. Amen.
