What’s for dinner?

You can tell, all of the cooking goes on during the weekend at our house! In the summer, it doesn’t matter too much, but you know how habits can be!

So, tonight was green peppers, stuffed with ground turkey, tomatoes and rice, served with roasted white and sweet potatoes, and steamed broccoli.

On the side was our summer staple, a salad of mixed greens, with tomato, onion and avacado. The secret weapon is Anthony’s famous homemade vinagrette!

And tonight’s wine? A 2005 Medoc Chateau Gravat, from you know where: The Andersons!
