What’s for dinner?

One of my favorites, that’s what. Tofu Stir-Fry with vegetables over soba noodles.

Accompanied with a salad of baby spinach, tomatoes and onions, dressed with homemade vinagrette.

The wine was a 2006 Vin de Pays du Vaucluse, from our favorite wine department at The Andersons.

Recipe for the main dish to come later, I promise. It will be no small feat to get that one down in print!
